Care for Every Stage of Life.
Welcome to Everwell General Hospital, a full-service medical roleplay facility in the Magnolia Hills community. From emergency visits and routine checkups to maternity care and pediatrics, our staff are here for residents, visitors, and families alike.
Emergency Department
Walk-in emergency roleplay for residents and visitors, no insurance or package required. Emergency care is never withheld because of a package balance. Emergency visits are billed at the applicable resident or non-resident rate, or through your insurance's emergency-room benefit.
Before starting an emergency scene, please check that staff are available. Everwell is a Second Life hospital staffed by real people across many time zones, so a provider may not be on campus at every hour. To make sure your emergency receives a full response, we kindly ask that you call the hospital NorPhone or check the on-call board in our Discord before beginning emergency or urgent-care roleplay. Scheduled appointments are always confirmed by staff in advance.
Three ways to receive care at Everwell
Featured departments
Our most-loved pregnancy journeys
Magnolia Hills resident benefit
Active Magnolia Hills residents receive discounted community pricing on insurance, Long-Term Care Packages, and every à-la-carte service. It's our way of thanking the neighborhood that Everwell calls home.
Not a resident? You are just as welcome. Visitors and residents of other Second Life communities can use every Everwell service at the standard Everwell rate, and visitor insurance plans are available too.
Everwell Health Plans (EHP)
Monthly insurance for routine and ongoing care: preventive visits, testing, prescription benefits, reduced copays, and discounts on other services. Pay in Linden dollars or Magz, never both.
Insurance covers day-to-day care. It does not pay for or discount a Long-Term Care Package, which is a separate, prepaid storyline experience.
Bring the HUD you already use
Everwell may support compatible products and HUD systems. Compatible systems and equipment may be available; ask your provider which are in use for your visit.
Magnolia Hills Campus

Health insurance
Monthly coverage for routine and ongoing care. Choose a plan, then pay each month in Linden dollars or Magz, whichever you prefer.
How insurance is different. Insurance is billed monthly and covers day-to-day care such as checkups, tests, prescriptions, and reduced copays. It does not pay for or discount the purchase of a Long-Term Care Package. If you want Everwell in an ongoing storyline, see Maternity Packages or General & Pediatric Packages.
Insurance policy details
Insurance FAQ
How often is insurance billed?
Insurance is billed monthly. Each plan has a fixed monthly price.
Do I pay in Linden dollars or Magz?
You choose one. Patients pay in either Linden dollars (L$) or Magz (MZ$). You do not pay both.
Is there an exchange rate between L$ and MZ$?
No. There is no official currency conversion rate between Linden dollars and Magz. They are simply two separate payment options established by Everwell.
Does insurance discount Long-Term Care Packages?
No. Insurance does not pay for or discount the purchase price of an Everwell Long-Term Care Package unless Everwell specifically announces a promotion. Insurance, package, resident, and promotional discounts cannot be stacked unless Everwell explicitly permits it.
Can I share or transfer my coverage?
No. Coverage and discounts cannot be transferred to another patient.
Who qualifies for resident plans?
Resident insurance requires active Magnolia Hills residency. Magnolia Hills residents always receive the better-value insurance pricing.
I'm not a Magnolia Hills resident. Can I still get insurance?
Yes. Visitor and non-resident insurance is available at a higher price. Visitor plans offer the same general categories of care but may have higher copays, fewer included visits, smaller discounts, and more limited family benefits.
What about waiting periods, renewals, and cancellations?
These policies are being finalized. Check the Insurance policy details section above; it updates as soon as the hospital confirms them.
Maternity packages
Prepay once for a complete pregnancy, delivery, recovery, and newborn storyline. Four packages, from simple and realistic to a fully concierge VIP experience.
How packages are different. A Long-Term Care Package is a one-time prepaid purchase that includes every listed appointment and service for the storyline. It is separate from monthly insurance, and insurance does not discount it. Prefer to pay for just one visit? See the à-la-carte table further down.
Compare the maternity packages
Maternity à-la-carte services
For patients who do not want a long-term maternity package. Each service is paid individually.
Successful IVF treatment includes an L$1,000 credit toward a new Everwell maternity package.
General and pediatric packages
Ongoing wellness care for adults, teens, and children. Prepay for a set number of appointments over a fixed term instead of paying for each visit.
How packages are different. Each package covers a fixed number of appointments over its term. Only listed services are included; other services are charged at the applicable resident or non-resident rate. Insurance does not discount package purchases.
General medicine à-la-carte services
Single visits, tests, and procedures paid individually.
À la carte services
For patients who only want one specific medical roleplay service. Available to everyone: residents pay the discounted resident rate; visitors and non-residents pay the standard Everwell rate.
How pay-per-visit is different. You pay only for the selected appointment, test, class, procedure, or delivery service. No monthly bill, no package. If you expect several visits, an insurance plan or Long-Term Care Package may cost less overall.
General medicine
Maternity and women's health
Successful IVF treatment includes an L$1,000 credit toward a new Everwell maternity package.
What to know before your visit
How care, pricing, and roleplay systems work at Everwell.
Choosing how to receive care
Resident and non-resident pricing
Every price at Everwell has two versions: a discounted Magnolia Hills resident rate and a standard non-resident rate. Resident pricing is an exclusive benefit for active Magnolia Hills residents. Visitors and residents of other Second Life communities are always welcome and receive full access to every service at the standard rate.
Every pricing page has a toggle so you can view the rate that applies to you. Your choice is remembered as you browse.
If a resident package holder moves out of Magnolia Hills before the package is complete, the Resident Discount Adjustment applies. Care continues; the patient pays only the difference to the non-resident price.
Your visit, step by step
Request an appointment
Use the appointment form or the Emergency Department for walk-in emergencies. Give two preferred dates and times in SLT, at least 3 days out; staff confirm every request before it is scheduled.
Check in
Arrive at the Magnolia Hills Campus with your compatible HUD attached, if you use one. Interactive check-in roleplay begins your visit.
Receive care
Vitals, examination, testing, imaging, or your scheduled procedure, all in immersive roleplay.
Settle payment
Pay the à-la-carte rate, your insurance copay, or nothing extra if the service is in your active package.
Staff availability
Everwell is a Second Life hospital staffed by real people across many time zones, and a provider may not be on campus at every hour. To make sure an emergency scene receives the full response it deserves, please call the hospital NorPhone or check the on-call board in our Discord before beginning emergency or urgent-care roleplay.
If no one answers, leave a message at the operator prompt or post in the ER walk-ins channel; a staff member will follow up as soon as someone is available. Scheduled appointments are always confirmed by staff in advance.
Supported roleplay systems
Everwell may support compatible products and HUD systems. Compatible systems and equipment may be available; not every piece of hospital equipment works with every system, so mention your HUD when you book.
Lifeline Patients
Everwell General Hospital can provide roleplay medical care to patients using the Lifeline RP System. Everwell is not currently part of the official Lifeline RP System Medical Network. Lifeline establishes the required Linden-dollar charges for actions performed through its medical system, and those charges are separate from Everwell's regular service prices, insurance benefits, and Long-Term Care Packages.
Required Lifeline service charges
Established by Lifeline. Everwell cannot change, discount, bundle, or convert these charges. No Magnolia Hills resident discount applies.
Lifeline payment rules
Insurance, packages, and à-la-carte services
Lifeline system charges are not covered by any Everwell Health Plan (EHP Essential, EHP Plus, EHP Premier, EHP Growing Families, EHP Family Premier, Visitor Essential, Visitor Plus, Visitor Premier, and Visitor Family). Insurance may cover or discount eligible Everwell services associated with the appointment, but it cannot cover, discount, reimburse, or waive charges generated by the Lifeline RP System. Lifeline fees must still be paid in full through the Lifeline payment terminal.
Lifeline system charges are not included in any Long-Term Care Package (Basic, Gold, Diamond, and Elite Maternity; Basic, Advanced, Premium, VIP, and Pediatric Care). A package may cover the Everwell roleplay appointment or service, but any actions processed through Lifeline must be paid separately at the official Lifeline rate.
Everwell's published à-la-carte prices cover the Everwell roleplay service. When a patient asks the provider to use the Lifeline RP System during that service, the required Lifeline system fees are added separately and paid through the Lifeline terminal.
Payment options
Insurance
Billed monthly in Linden dollars or Magz. You choose one; you never pay both. There is no official exchange rate between the two.
Packages and à-la-carte
Prices are listed in Linden dollars unless another payment option is specifically displayed. Full payment is required before a package is activated unless Everwell approves a different arrangement.
All Everwell services, diagnoses, prescriptions, medications, medical procedures, pregnancy care, hospital stays, and medical documents are Second Life roleplay only. They are not real-world healthcare, diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.
Policies and frequently asked questions
Long-Term Package terms, the Resident Discount Adjustment, insurance rules, and the roleplay disclaimer.
Long-Term Package terms
Eligibility
Long-Term Care Packages are available to Magnolia Hills residents and non-residents. Active Magnolia Hills residents receive discounted community pricing.
Payment
Prices are listed in Linden dollars unless another payment option is specifically displayed. Full payment is required before package activation unless Everwell approves a different payment arrangement.
Assigned coverage
A package is assigned to one named patient or child unless the package specifically says otherwise. Packages cannot be transferred, sold, gifted after activation, or reassigned to another patient.
Unused appointments
Unused visits do not roll over. They expire when the package term or maternity storyline ends.
Missed appointments
Patients receive one courtesy reschedule. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may count against the package's visit allowance.
Scheduling
Appointments are subject to staff availability and real-life schedules. Staff members and patients should communicate promptly when rescheduling is necessary.
Covered services
A package does not provide unlimited healthcare unless the package specifically says "unlimited." Only services listed under the package are included. Other services are charged at the applicable resident or non-resident rate.
Insurance and discounts
Everwell insurance does not reduce the purchase price of a Long-Term Care Package. Insurance, package, resident, and promotional discounts cannot be stacked unless Everwell specifically permits it.
Refunds and cash value
Long-Term Care Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable after activation. Unused appointments and services have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for Lindens, Magz, or another service.
Roleplay disclaimer
All Everwell services, diagnoses, prescriptions, medications, medical procedures, pregnancy care, hospital stays, and medical documents are Second Life roleplay only. They are not real-world healthcare, diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.
Payment policies
Insurance
Billed monthly in Linden dollars or Magz. Patients choose one and never pay both. There is no official exchange rate between L$ and MZ$.
Packages and à-la-carte
Prices are listed in Linden dollars unless another payment option is specifically displayed. Full payment is required before package activation unless Everwell approves a different arrangement. Unused services have no cash value.
Discounts
Insurance, package, resident, and promotional discounts cannot be stacked unless Everwell explicitly permits it. Insurance never discounts a Long-Term Care Package purchase.
Resident Discount Adjustment
If someone purchases a Long-Term Care Package at the Magnolia Hills resident price and later moves out while the package is active, their care is not canceled. The account converts to the current non-resident price, and the patient pays only the difference between the resident price originally paid and the current non-resident price. This charge is officially called the Resident Discount Adjustment.
"Discounted Long-Term Care pricing is an exclusive benefit provided to active Magnolia Hills residents. If a patient receiving care under a discounted resident package is no longer an active Magnolia Hills resident before completion of the package, the patient's care will remain active; however, the account will be converted to the applicable Non-Resident Package rate. The patient will be responsible only for the difference between the original resident package price paid and the current non-resident rate for the same package. Previous payments and completed services remain credited to the patient's account."
Adjustment rules
- Patients have seven days after their Magnolia Hills residency ends to restore residency or pay the adjustment.
- Scheduled care may continue during the seven-day grace period.
- After seven days, non-emergency package services may be placed on hold until the balance is resolved.
- Emergency care is never withheld because of a package balance.
- Previous payments remain credited, and completed services remain counted toward the package. The patient does not restart the package.
- If the patient pays the adjustment and later moves back to Magnolia Hills, the adjustment is not refunded. Resident pricing will apply to the patient's next new package or renewal.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between insurance, a package, and paying per visit?
Pay-per-visit means you pay only for one selected service. Insurance is a monthly plan covering routine care with included visits, tests, and discounts. A Long-Term Care Package is a one-time prepaid bundle for an ongoing storyline such as a pregnancy or months of wellness care. They are three separate options, and insurance does not discount a package.
Can discounts be combined?
Insurance, package, resident, and promotional discounts cannot be stacked unless Everwell explicitly permits it.
Can I give my package to a friend or family member?
No. A package is assigned to one named patient or child and cannot be transferred, sold, gifted after activation, or reassigned.
What happens if I miss an appointment?
You receive one courtesy reschedule. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may count against your package's visit allowance.
Do unused appointments roll over?
No. Unused visits expire when the package term or maternity storyline ends, and they have no cash value.
Is someone always at the hospital?
Not always. Everwell is staffed by real people across many time zones, so a provider may not be on campus at every hour. Before beginning an emergency or urgent-care scene, please call the hospital NorPhone or check the on-call board in our Discord to confirm a staff member is available. Scheduled appointments are always confirmed in advance.
Is Everwell a real hospital?
No. Everwell General Hospital is a Second Life roleplay facility. Nothing here is real-world healthcare, diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.
I use the Lifeline RP System. What will I pay?
Everwell can treat Lifeline patients, although Everwell is not part of the official Lifeline RP System Medical Network. Lifeline sets its own Linden-dollar charges for consultations (L$150), vitals checks (L$40), diagnoses (L$75), treatments (L$120), emergency revivals (L$400), and prescriptions (L$60). Each action may be billed separately during one appointment. These charges are paid only through the Lifeline payment terminal inside the hospital, cannot be paid with Magz, and are not covered by Everwell insurance or Long-Term Care Packages. See Lifeline Patients for the full price list and rules.
Does my HUD work at Everwell?
Everwell may support compatible products and HUD systems, including the Everwell RP Medical HUD, LIFE RP, Caring You, Really Needy, MyStory, Cherished Cherubs, Baby Bond, beYou, and others. Compatible systems and equipment may be available; not every piece of equipment works with every system, so mention your HUD when booking.
